Return & Refund Policy

At CarryMa, we want you to love what you carry. Each product is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

To request a return, please contact us with clear photos or videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products showing signs of use or washing
  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 6 month validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 6 month period for your purchase. 

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement (If Applicable)

If the issue is genuine and stock is available, we may offer:

  • A replacement product instead of a refund, based on customer preference.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Exchange Policy

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible product (as per policy) and place a new order.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery
  • Or record a video while opening the package and contact us immediately

This helps us resolve the issue faster.
